The editor handles text changes in supported PSD layers. Keep your source files: this is not a replacement for a full design editor.
Add language and brand guidance
Choose source and target languages, protected terms and instructions. OpenAI receives selected text, layer names and your guidance, not the image.
Compare source and translated copy
Edit the text, then click Render preview to see the updated image. Compare it with the original before downloading. Previewing does not use an extra AI credit.
Choose how to handle missing fonts
Changed exports use Photopea, an embedded third-party PSD renderer. By default, add the exact static TTF or OTF files for every visible font, directly or in a ZIP. Optional Open Sans replacement is available for missing fonts in edited text.
Process several files in one session
Select up to 500 PSDs, with a 150 MB limit per file. Files are processed in sequence. Large or complex batches depend on your computer's memory; start with a small sample.
Download JPG or PNG
Set image dimensions, JPG quality and fit or crop behaviour. Download individual images or a ZIP. Editable PSD output is not available.
Before you export
Check the wording and the rendered image.
Different PSDs use different layer structures. Font and style checks help catch specific problems, but they do not guarantee a pixel-identical Photoshop result.
- AI preserves explicit line breaks and blank lines. Longer wording can still wrap or overflow; font size is not automatically reduced.
- Review names, numbers and claims yourself. Protected terms guide the AI; they are not a factual accuracy guarantee.
- Font names, sizes and colours are shown where the PSD records them. Original fonts are the default, including icon fonts in unchanged visible layers. Font ZIPs are extracted in your browser; variable fonts are not supported.
- Opting into Open Sans replaces missing fonts in edited prose text only. Font shapes and wrapping can differ; this is not an exact-font export. Existing size and colour checks still apply. Icon, protected and unchanged text layers are never given a generic replacement.
- Exporting an unchanged original needs no font upload. Open Sans fallback files are loaded from this site only after you opt in.
- Supported mixed character styles keep their separate formatting. Detected icons, hidden layers, distinct paragraph styles and text on a path keep their original text. Some unsupported structures block edited export and need changes in the source editor.
- Render a preview and check a downloaded sample before a batch. Inspect translated wrapping, glyphs and rendered effects; edits invalidate the previous preview.
- One successful AI translation of a PSD uses one credit. Review and manual corrections happen afterwards; a later export problem does not automatically return that credit.
Changed exports pass your PSD and added fonts to the embedded Photopea application. AI translation is a separate text-only request. Read data handling and third-party services before working with confidential artwork.
